1 Dick, Philip K. The Man In The High Castle
G. P. Putnam's Sons 1962 First Edition; First Printing Hardcover Very Good+ in Good dust jacket
The unclipped dust jacket is in good condition with two small chips at top and bottom of front spine edge, some creases and wrinkle at top and bottom edges, slight fading and edge wear. The book is in very good plus condition with unbumped corners, very light soiling and two pinprick holes, as if from a staple, on the title page (this defect I just noticed after looking at this page several times - not obvious). ; Here are the first edition identification points which I understand are needed to claim a first printing -- all of which are present in this volume: Black boards with red lettering on spine and front, yellow top stain, 239 pages, code D36 in lower left hand corner of page 239, price of $3.95 on top inside of the dust jacket with TMITHC present above that price, and finally code 1062 at bottom of the front dustjacket flap. No additional printings are indicated on the copyright page. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 239 pages
