This book is in good plus condition with minor soiling, some fading and edgewear to spine, minor wear to corners (but unbumped) , a small moisture stain to the lower right hand corner of the title page (well away from text and decoration) , and a skinny moisture stain along part of the page edge of the succeeding page. Additionally, all but one of the five garden cut-out pages are gone (child's project to build a garden for every season). These were stand alone pages and the rest of the book text and decoration is present -- ie the story and garden description is all here. The binding is tight and the color image pasted to the front of the book is good. ; This is a darling children's garden book with every page beautifully decorated. The story is interspersed with practical gardening instructions. This would make a boffo gift for your favorite gardener. ! ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 378 pages
